New Grass Revival: Friday Night In America

Southern Music Distribution has proudly licensed for distribution the final three releases from the legendary New Grass Revival. Their unique approach to playing bluegrass music fits perfectly into the Southern Music Digital americana music section. Featuring progressive bluegrass titans Bela Fleck and Sam Bush, as well as guitar masters Pat Flynn and John Cowan, "New Grass Revival, "Hold On to a Dream", and "Friday Night in America" are available now for the first time on compact disc. Each recording has been remastered by Sam Bush himself bringing the sonic quality up to the high standard deserved by these masterful performances. "Friday Night in America" was the last recording from this "super-group" and featured their first Top 40 single "Calling Baton Rouge", which would later be covered by Garth Brooks, as well the Billboard Country charted single "You Plant Your Fields".
