Dirty: Country Versatile

Rap-A-lot Music recording artist Dirty is one of many hip-hop music groups to kick off a successful career by starting as an underground hip-hop performer distributed by independent music distributor SMD. Hailing out of Montgomery, Alabama, Dirty's debut album "Country Versatile" was one of the first rap music albums to draw attention to the "dirty south". Original members Big Pimp and Mr. G Stacka collaborated in the late 90's on this project that would prove to be a forerunner of the quick firing styles later used by the legendary hip-hop music group Outkast. Later recordings on Universal Records by Dirty include "The Pimp & the Gangsta" (the title track from that project is included on this cd)and "Keep It Pimp and Gangsta".
