Wi$dom Money: A Prince to a King

Wi$dom Money, a native of Chicago’s West Side, presents “A Prince to a King.” Hailing from the platinum-selling “Do or Die” camp, he has brought heart back to rap music. A talented producer who programs and keyboards, his album brings diversification to a genre many have been calling dead for some time. Money began rhyming at the age of twelve and was party to the graffiti and tag banging movements that culminated in the 1992 riots, when the Rodney King beating took place and the Chicago Bulls won a second championship title. He defines himself as a hood representative. Money’s first single, “We Ride So High,“ featuring Johnny P, hit the radio on WKFX in Jackson, Tennessee earlier this year. He also had the privilege of touring with Do or Die last September in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Indiana. He performed at Chicago’s The Bassment and Forest Park’s Mugsy’s, as well. Money has been invited to perform with Johnny P of Do or Die again and will shortly begin a tour across the Midwest, beginning in Chicago and Minnesota.
